We take refund requests very seriously and will review all requests carefully as we try to resolve any issues you may be facing or take in feedback on how we can improve. 


For one-time course payments or purchases, we can provide refunds without any issue if you have not attended or consumed any of the content provided. Alternatively, you may transfer your purchase to a designated proxy (i.e to attend the masterclass


Otherwise If you've implemented everything that we teach and still don't see any positive results, provide us proof and we will refund all your money back.


If you happen to be on a recurring subscription plan with us, we will only refund you the remaining balance of your unused subscription (i.e GIM Mentorship Renewal Annual Plan). The amount refunded will be calculated based on our Monthly Pricing Plan. 


No refunds shall be provided for payments made to our monthly plans as we consider the subscription consumed.
