If you have been offered a Money Back Guarantee on any of our products, we will refund all your money back if you didn't get what we promised in our product, applied whatever we have taught and you still feel you've learned nothing new to improve your portfolio.
All Money-Back Guarantee requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase. Any requests thereafter shall not be entertained.
All Refund and Money-Back Requests will be subjected to a review (i.e To Check Course Completion Percentage, Usage of Tools) and will only be processed at our discretion.
For SSI Community Membership and ongoing subscriptions, we will only refund you the remaining balance of unused subscription (for annual subscription payment). The amount refunded will be calculated based on being charged the monthly subscription rate for the amount of months used before the refund request. No refunds will be given to subscriptions paid on a monthly basis.
